i have never seen a gold mesmer item with that much energy before andi farm alot , i mean alot.

other then the req 12 holding it back this is pretty decent. It even has a mesmer recharge so i doubt this is vendor fodder.

max is +15, -1 this is merchant fodder, and if you did find a buyer, it would only sell for maybe 5k max

well it's a mixed... if the 17% were domination maybe more... but since it's only 12 and people get reallllllly picky with these since it's -1 regen. Think he's about right
